This Waiter
/Waitress / Bar person role must have a great passion for high quality dining and quality bar service and ideally have experience within a fine
dining operation . You will work within the restaurant and bar and be very
passionate about the hotel trade. Would suit candidates who love the
countryside and used to working in small hotels /restaurants

Bar person role is a full time, permanent role . This and a more senior duty
