currently searching for a multi rosette/Michelin star experienced ambitious Head
chef to run and take forward this kitchen in the Ribble Valley area
All candidates must have the highest standards and experience -Rosette
/Michelin
Key points
needed for this Head Chef role
Create a tantalising menu using all seasonal produce grown on site
Training of Brigade
Financial management of the kitchen – hitting gp’s etc....
Work closely with the Owner to further push the business forward.
Must have a solid 3 rosette or Michelin star experience to considered
