A very busy,
bustling multi award winning prestigious restaurant with very high standards
set in North Yorkshire is looking for an experienced Sous chef - Must have a
solid rosette/Mulit rosette Background.
This well-known high quality fine dine country house in North
Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Sous chef to join this successful brigade of
6 – producing covers for up to 40 in the fine dine restaurant as well as
offering banqueting up to 80 covers.
This Sous position will suit an experienced Sous chef who is
passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This multi award
winning restaurant has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. They
are pushing standards all the time to gain further accreditations.
The establishment uses only the finest ingredients and is
very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce a daily menu
which utilities the best produce available depending on availability and
seasonality.
Sous skills required:
Experience with working with all fresh food
Rosette or Multi Rosette essential
Right attitude to work
Passion for food
Dedicated to the job & producing the best
Good man management skills
Kitchen management skills
Basic Financial skills.
