·       £12.40 per hour , 40 hours minimum

·       Plus, up to £2.50 per hour extra in Tronc ( total salary  well over £30,000)

·       Would need own transport as no accommodation available

·       A stable Cv and exeirnece working at a fine dining level  is a must for this role .

For this Waiting  on and Bar staff  role you will need  good fine dining / bar

experience within a fresh food restaurant/hotel and a great passion for food  and drink
