client is a popular food-led pub with rooms with an excellent reputation set in
the Ashbourne area. They are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to come on board and join this successful kitchen team
of 4. This busy” foodie” pub prides itself on producing all in house from the
freshest local produce.
The ideal candidate will ideally have
a solid fresh food pub background.
My clients are currently searching for a Sous chef to assist in the running this
busy kitchen at this Newly refurbished gastro pub. All food is sourced locally and the menu
utilising the best of local seasonal produce available. This will in turn
complemented by excellent non- intrusive service.
Menus consist of traditional wholesome pub grub all produced 100% in house
including all pies and desserts. They also utilise a specials board where there
is room to push the standard.
