In this multi award winning hotel , they looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager to run this elegant and high quality restaurant and bar set in beautiful surroundings.
The ideal candidate for the Restaurant and Bar Manager position must
have experience in an award winning hotel /restaurant , ideally red star level.
You will be a strong hands-on manager used to leading from the
front . You will run this venue day to day and have staffing team of 35 . The
restaurant serves breakfast , lunch and dinner daily for around 100
covers a day and are looking to push this up also.
You will be a highly professional , hands on and friendly, customer focused
manner . You will be strong character who can manage a team and also manage a
demanding customer base.
This Restaurant and Bar Manager is a full time ,
permanent role
