As Bar manager you will run the day to day bar operations of the Bar side of the business ,working with the Assistant and General Manager who are more restaurant focused
You will be heavily involved in creating new cocktails and boosting current ones sales up and offering high quality cocktails and other high quality drinks.
The Bar manager must have excellent cocktail , wines, real ale experience and knowledge for this role whilst also have worked to a very high standard.
The successful Bar manager will have Bar supervisor/manager experience supervising staff in a quality Cocktail /Wine Bar /Pub where you are used to serving a high standard
of drinks.
You will have experience of supervising staff and managing shifts /ordering etc
.
The ideal candidate must have a stable Cv
This Bar manager role is a full time, permanent role.
