This
well-known high-quality Hotel in East Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Sous
chef assist in running their busy restaurant & Banqueting operation. High
Volume up to 300 covers multiple function suites.
This
position will suit an experienced Sous chef who is passionate about food
and shows some flair and imagination. This East Yorkshire Hotel/Restaurant has
an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond producing quality Cuisine.
You
will work closely with the hotel’s Head chef in producing excellent food of the
highest quality for both the restaurant & banqueting operation. You will be
responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchens, ordering and
maintaining the hotel’s high food standards in chefs’ absence.
You will be running the kitchen/s daily
– so excellent man and financial management skills required
You
must have banqueting or volume experience. Experience of working with a wide
repertoire of cuisines will be advantageous but not essential.
