A high quality Inn serving a excellent fresh food menu to a high fine dining standard seeking a Restaurant manager to work closely with the owners and the small team.
As Restaurant supervisor you will work closely with the owners and the small team and run the day to day operations . The Restaurant Supervisor duties will include running shifts, staff management , stock control and ordering, cellar maintenance , cashing up. A very hands on role .
For this role , you will have supervisory experience within a quality restaurant , bar , Pub , .A senior team member will also be considered
This Restaurant Supervisor role Is a full time, permanent role with a good mix of shifts and 45 hours a week .
