A very busy,
bustling award-winning gastro Pub with very high standards set in the beautiful
Peak District area of Derbyshire are looking for a Sous chef to join this
successful brigade This busy” foodie” pub prides itself on producing all in
house from the freshest local produce. The gastro has won local awards.
The ideal candidate will
ideally have at least 12 months experience within a busy fresh food operation
ideally at Rosette level

this Sous chef role
Assist in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Run the kitchen in chefs absence
