Restaurant Manager needed in a small multi award winning hotel and restaurant that has gained a reputation of being one of the finest eateries in the North of the UK

The ideal candidate for the position of Restaurant Manager should come from a 2-3 rosette accredited property and have Managerial /Supervisor experience.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be required to run the multi rosette restaurant on a day to day basis. The Restaurant Manager will also be required to ensure standards are kept very high. The Restaurant manager also must have extensive wine and drinks knowledge
The working pattern for the Restaurant Manager will be mainly straight shifts with 5 days out of seven, as the business requires.
It is essential for the ideal candidate to be punctual and well presented, enthusiastic with an eye for detail and quality. You will be very hands on and lead a small , dedicated team.
The successful candidate will gain a excellent starting salary of up £25,000 + an excellent chance to join one of the finest hotels in the UK.
This Restaurant manager role is a full time permanent role
