A very busy, bustling award winning gastro Pub with very high standards set in the beautiful Peak District area of Derbyshire are looking for a Chef de Partie to assist in running this successful brigade This busy” foodie” pub prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest local produce. The gastro has won local awards.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a solid gastro pub
My clients are currently searching for an experienced Chef de Partie to assist in running the kitchen at this established gastro. All food will be sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal produce available. This will in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive service. The main priority of this successful eatery is to push standards at all times.
Key points needed for this CDP role 
Assist in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Training of Brigade
Must be able to work over all sections of the kitchen
