My clients are currently searching for a fresh food/rosette experienced Chef de Partie to become an integral part of this ambitious gastro pub. The gastro offers a stylish, homely, personally run pub that serves good food. The gastro seats 160 covers inside as well as offering small private dining.
The gastro offers a high standard of food certainly to a rosette level and are looking to build on this. All food will be sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal produce available. This will in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive service.
