My clients are currently searching for a fresh
food/rosette experienced Jnr Sous/Sous
chef to become an integral part of this ambitious gastro pub. The gastro offers
a stylish, homely, personally run pub that serves good food. The
gastro seats 160 covers inside as well as offering small private dining.
The gastro offers a high standard of food certainly to a rosette level and are looking to build on this. All food will be
sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal produce
available. This will in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive service.
Key
points needed for this Sous Chef
role
Assist in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
sourcing of produce
Training of Brigade
Financial management of the kitchen – hitting gp’s etc....
Deputise in the absence of chef
The
opportunity would be ideally suited to a Jnr
Sous looking to step up to a Sous
Chef with ability and passion to cook excellent food and help build a great
reputation in the local area
