Supervisor needed for excellent Gastro Pub with beautiful bedrooms
YO26 area - Be able to commute as no live in available
Must have rosette experience at Supervisor level

Salary of up to 31,000 plus share of tronc - around £8k upwards.
A professional, cheerful, proactive personality is a must!

4 day working week, overtime paid over 45 hours
Christmas Day or Boxing Day off

Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented candidate to gain a supervisor role in this highly regarded Inn with rooms and a high-quality restaurant  


As Supervisor you will work closely with the hands-on managers and the rest of the small team. You will work across all areas of this quality establishment and be very proactive and hands on in your role

The Supervisor will be hard working and have a great passion for quality food and drink. You will take great care in your work and have the ability and a hard-working ethic and aid this successful family run business

The successful Supervisor candidate will have experience of working within a quality small hotel/restaurant/ Fresh food Pub environment and have some experience of leading shifts where you are used to serving a high standard of fresh food and drinks.
You will have experience of working behind the bar and in a high-quality restaurant.
 

As Supervisor you will be a strong, confident character who feels comfortable working on your own and with others.

The ideal candidate must have a stable Cv and their own transport due to the location of the venue
