Open 7 days a week - Last seating at 7.45pm
This is an excellent
opportunity for a Head Chef with wood fired pizza experience and a love for all
things British.
This Restaurant will pride
itself on using local produce especially local cheeses in their dishes, whilst also
offering woodfired pizzas and excellent wine. They will be a 50-cover
restaurant and will have a chef brigade of 8.
This is a busy restaurant
with a great buzz creating dishes for up to 170 covers on busy weekends.
As Head chef duties will include:
Day to day running of the kitchen
Stock control and ordering.
Training of staff
All financials
Creating new dishes and seasonal menus.
For this role the ideal Head chef will have kitchen experience
within a quality, fresh food environment and have a great passion for local
produce.

is a permanent position.
