Our
client is a popular hotel with an excellent reputation in the Retford area. They
are looking for an enthusiastic Head
Chef to come on board and lead their bistro operation & brigade of 5.
This establishment prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest
local produce
The
Head Chef role will oversee the Bistro operation – No banqueting
The ideal candidate will ideally have
a solid fresh food background
All
food will be sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal
produce available. This will in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive
service.
