experienced Junior Sous chef - Must have a solid rosette/Multi rosette

This well-known high quality fine dine country house in
North Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Junior Sous chef to join this
successful brigade of 6 – The Hotel offers a tasting menu and brasserie menu
This Junior Sous position will suit an experienced Chef de
partie or existing Junior Sous chef who is passionate about food and shows some
flair and imagination. This multi award winning restaurant has an excellent
reputation in the local area and beyond. They are pushing standards all
the time to gain further accreditations.

Experience with working at Multi Rosette essential
