The ideal candidate for the
position of Assistant Restaurant Manager should come from a multi / rosette accredited property and have
Managerial/supervisory experience
As Assistant Restaurant
Manager, you will be required to assist in running the restaurant whilst also run events on occasions .
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also be required to ensure
standards are kept very high, whilst pushing the restaurant further
