A very
stylish Gastro Pub is looking for an experienced Sous chef to join this exciting
Gastro. They are creating Mulit Rosette
standard food and looking to push on.
They are
looking for an enthusiastic Sous chef
with experience in all sections and running a busy kitchen. All dishes are cooked
to order from fresh in new local gastro. This will suit an experienced jnr
Sous/Sous chef looking to further their career.
All is produced fresh in house and to a high standard.
Key
points needed for this Sous Chef role
Help create a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Training of Brigade
Assisting with the Financial management of the kitchen
This
position offers the successful Sous chef a salary of up to £38,000 + great Tips
and a chance to join an incredibly successful gastro pub Group.
