This
is an excellent opportunity for a existing or aspiring Bar
Supervisor who has a great passion for the Banqueting and quality
bar service . You will need strong Bar
/ Bar Supervisor experience from working in a quality Hotel/venue for at least
a year.
You will also have a great passion for wine , high quality spirits and
cocktails
As this is a very busy Wedding venue you must also have experience of working
on weddings and other events
As Bar Supervisor you will supervise and run the
busy bar and lounge areas. You will assist in ordering for Wet stock, control GP’s , rota’s
, staff training and cellar maintenance. You will also work on weddings and other day to day aspects of hotel
duties as and when needed.
This
Bar Supervisor role is a permanent , full time role.
