This well-known fresh food eatery set in Matlock is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to assist the running of this kitchen – The Candidate must have a solid Fresh Food background ideally pub and be an existing Sous chef


This popular eatery offers fresh quality homemade food during the week & weekend producing daily specials also.

This Eatery has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. This busy eatery can produce food for around 100-300 covers on an average service. The property offers outside dining, inside dining and also weddings up to 200 covers

Sous Chef skills required:

Fresh food background
Right attitude
Passion for food
Must be able to take control of a busy kitchen
Must be able to run a section in this busy kitchen
Must be hands on
Have flair and passion
assist in staff training
