rosette aspirations in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a chef de partie to join this successful
company. This offers the candidate a great opportunity to alongside an award
winning and highly acclaimed Head Chef.
This chef de partie position will suit an experienced chef de partie who
is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This quality
boutique Hotel is seeking to build an excellent reputation in the local area
and beyond.
The establishment will source all local
suppliers and is very proud of this fact. They will utilise the best produce
available depending on availability and seasonality.
This quality hotel will offer an award-winning fine dine restaurant along with
more casual dining and will offer a small private dining

country house in North Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join
this successful brigade of 5 – producing covers for up to 40 in the fine dine
restaurant as well as offering banqueting up to 80 covers
You
will be eager to learn and be passionate about high quality cuisine. The main
priority of this successful restaurant is to always push standards.
The
candidate must come from a quality fresh food background rosette experience
essential – along with having the right attitude to learn and work as part of
this award-winning team
Chef de Partie
skills required:
Experience with working with all fresh food 2 (rosette
awarded minimum) to at least Demi Chef de Partie level
2 or 3 Rosette standard desired
Right attitude and desire to learn
Passion for food
Busy operation
Fine dine restaurant and brasserie
