My clients are currently searching for a chef with a minimum 2/3 rosette experience to drive this stunning venue forward

You will head up:

An award-winning restaurant, looking to gain further accolades

 You will have:

Responsibility for the day to day running
Full Financial responsibility for the operation

All candidates must have the highest standards and experience -Multi rosette

 Key points needed for this Head Chef role

Create a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Sourcing of produce
Training of Brigade
Financial management of the kitchen – hitting gp’s etc....
Must have 2 ideally 3 rosette experience minimum

The opportunity would be ideally suited to a Head Chef with ability and passion to cook excellent food to the highest standard

 This Head Chef position is a permanent, full time role
