Location – S32 Area
Package – £12.50 per hour doe + Tips
Due to location own transport would be advantageous.
Stunning gastro pub with Rooms in Derbyshire’s Peak
District is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join a strong
brigade looking to gain Rosettes. Locally sourced food cooked and presented to
a high level. Looking to speak to
experienced Chef de Parties with fresh food backgrounds.
Chef de Partie– The Role

You will play a major part in creating a
tantalising menu using seasonal local produce.

Sourcing of produce and training the
brigade to deliver a consistent high level of service.
·
You will also deputise in absence of the
Sous Chef
Chef de Partie– Experience
·
We are looking for Chef de Parties with
a passion for food already used to delivering a high standard of food.
·
You will ideally have worked in a
similar Gastro Pub environment and be used to working with local produce.
·
