Chef needed for very busy Café/Restaurant.

42 hours a week
Mon-Thursday – Daytime hours
Friday & Saturday closes at 8.30pm
This is an excellent
opportunity for experienced sous chef or existing Head Chef who is looking for more
sociable hours. They are seeking a Head chef head up their brigade of 4 - within
a busy food and beverage outlet and would thrive in an upmarket café/Restaurant
environment.
This cafe restaurant serves
an array of fresh meals and snacks form early morning until early evening. A
very busy and popular destination for tourists and locals alike, they will
often service over 150+ covers a day.
They offer breakfast/brunch and lunch. Friday and Saturday they also offer a
dinner service
As Head chef you are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic,
and willing to give 100% and be a very’ hands on’.
As Head chef you will produce all fresh food in house
As Head chef duties will also include running the kitchen, sections,
stock control and ordering.
For this role the ideal Head chef will have kitchen experience
within a very fast paced restaurant/café environment.

time, permanent role.
