This busy award-winning gastro pub in
the heart of the Peak District is looking to recruit a Jnr/Sous chef to assist
in the running of this busy kitchen, working closely with the head chef to always
maintain standards
The Candidate must have a solid Fresh
Food background ideally gastro pub or brasserie/bistro
The gastro pub has a strong ethos of nose to tail cookery and sourcing everything locally in the area.
This Chef position will suit an experienced Jnr Sous chef/Sous chef seeking a new challenge. You must be passionate about food and show flair and imagination.
Jnr/Sous chef skills required:
Fresh
food background
Right attitude
Passion for food
Must be able to run a busy section
Must be hands on
Excellent organisational skills
This Chef position is a permanent, full-time role
