Our client is a popular Hotel with an
excellent reputation set in a small town in Nottinghamshire
They are looking for an enthusiastic Chef
de Partie to come on board
and join their brigade of 5. This busy hotel prides itself on producing all in
house from the freshest local produce. You will be a great all rounder capable
of working on all sections within the
kitchen. Above all you must show a great attitude to your work. This is a very
busy hotel, catering from 40 to 80 covers a day in the restaurant & Bistro but
not compromising on quality. The successful Chef de Partie will have the
passion and desire to achieve in this industry.
You should have worked with all fresh
food ideally locally sourced. Perfect role for an exciting Chef de Partie or
strong Commis Chef
