This well-known high quality 5* Hotel with a multi rosette Restaurant in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to work in this award-winning brigade


This Sous chef position will suit an experienced Sous chef who is passionate about food and shows flair and imagination. This multi rosette Restaurant has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond.

They are looking for a Sous Chef who has a minimum of 2 rosette experience ideally having worked in 4- or 5-star High end Hotels.
A good all-rounder who can work on all sections to a very high standard, whilst also run this busy kitchen in the head chef’s absence

Key points needed for this Sous Chef role
Help create a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Training of Brigade
Assisting with the Financial management of the kitchen
