has a vast array of quality ales and wines. A popular venue with high sales and
a good mix of Wet and Dry sales
As Assistant
manager you will work closely with the GM and the team and run the day-to-day
operations on the Gm’s days off. Assistant manager duties will include
running shifts, staff management, stock control and ordering, cellar maintenance,
cashing up. As Assistant Manager you will have supervisory experience within a
quality restaurant, bar, Pub, hotel.
This Assistant manager role Is a full time, permanent role
