This is an excellent
opportunity for experienced sous chef or existing Head Chef who is looking for
sociable hours. They are seeking a Head chef head up their small brigade
This cafe restaurant serves
an array of fresh meals and snacks form early morning until early evening. A
very busy and popular destination for tourists and locals alike, they will
often service over 250+ covers a day.
As Head chef you are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic,
and willing to give 100% and be a very’ hands on’.
As Head chef you will produce all fresh food in house including baking
cakes and scones etc... and create all menus and daily specials
As Head chef duties will also include running the kitchen, sections,
stock control and ordering.
For this role the ideal Head chef will have kitchen experience
within a very fast paced restaurant/café environment.
The successful applicant for
this Head chef role will receive an excellent
starting salary plus good tips
Your shifts will be working 5 in 7 days, working most weekends but mainly
working no evenings as normal shifts will be daytime!
This Head chef role is a full
time, permanent role.
