A very busy hotel with its own bustling restaurant along
with a busy wedding trade set in North Derbyshire is looking for a Sous
chef.
The hotel offers a busy Restaurant and wedding and
conference facilities. They offer a very popular Carvery restaurant on a
Sunday.
The ideal candidate will ideally
have some high-volume experience.
Key points needed for this Sous Chef role
assist in creating a tantalising menu
Training of Brigade
You will oversee the day to day running of this busy kitchen in the Head Chefs
absence
