This is an
excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie/Pizza Chef who is looking to join an
exciting restaurant
They are seeking
a chef who has a great attitude and who would has experience in making fresh
dough, sauces etc… and someone who knows how to use a wood fired pizza oven.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing your section, preparing and serving our menu to a high standard.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and our company ethos.
- Maintain the highest food hygiene and Health & Safety standards within
the business.
This Restaurant
will pride itself on using local produce especially local cheeses in their dishes,
whilst also offering woodfired pizzas and excellent wine. They will be a 50-cover
restaurant and will have a chef brigade of 4.

Requirements:
- Pizza-making experience desired
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a kitchen
- An awareness of British Cheese, with an interest to learn and develop a
deeper understanding of it
- An understanding of seasonality and British produce
- Excellent work ethic, organisation and communication skills
- Positive, approachable and humble
